Abstract / Description:The cell cycle distributions of adherent Madin-Darby canine kidney cells grown for vaccine production were investigated. During cell growth phase cell cycle distributions for all cultivations were similar whereas during infection and mock-infection significant differences in S-phase contents were observed.
